Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Bar in Washington, DC, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
  • 3-6 years of experience in M&A and transactional law, preferably with a focus on public company transactions
  • Strong understanding of securities laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience

 

Certifications:
