  • Strong academic credentials with an Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.

  • Registered with the USPTO or eligible for registration.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required.
  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred.

Certifications:

  • Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office ("USPTO") is required for eligibility to register for the USPTO.
