The Litigation Associate Attorney will be an integral part of the Litigation Department’s Commercial Trial Practice Group, handling a diverse range of litigation cases across the country. This role offers the opportunity to work on general commercial, contract, and business-related litigation, as well as product liability, toxic tort, and other tort litigation. The successful candidate will contribute 1-3 years of litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and a strong commitment to taking on substantive and leading roles in cases, including active participation in hearings, depositions, and trials.

Job Details:

  • Work with the Litigation Department’s Commercial Trial Practice Group, engaging with all litigation practice groups.
  • Handled various litigation cases nationwide, including general commercial, contract, and business-related litigation, as well as product liability, toxic tort, and other tort litigation.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of litigation experience.
  • Encouraging applications from 2022 and 2023 graduates.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Law Degree (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Skills:

  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Desire to take on substantive and leading roles in cases.

Education:

  • Law Degree (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in the NE jurisdiction.
