## Business and Corporate Associate Attorney
Law Firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of in corporate, business, and commercial transactional matters.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a broad-based book of transactional work
- Understand general corporate and commercial law
- Have significant experience working on sophisticated M&A and other business transactions for private companies
- Show an aptitude for business development
- Provide superior client service and satisfaction

**Requirements:**
- in corporate, business, and commercial transactional matters
- Experience with nonprofit law and nonprofit formations, as well as franchise law (preferred, but not required)
- Excellent client service and satisfaction
- Excellent writing and communication skills

**Location:** Oakland or Walnut Creek office

**Compensation:**
The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $135,000 – $160,000. Additional compensation includes hours based and origination bonuses. The annual minimum billable hours requirement for this position is 1,610.
