**Senior Litigation Attorney**

A rapidly growing law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of litigation experience. The Senior Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s litigation practice. This includes managing all aspects of the litigation process from case management and legal research to client relations and appellate practice. The Senior Litigation Attorney will also provide advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.

**Responsibilities**

- Manage all aspects of the litigation process, including case management, legal research, client relations, and appellate practice
- Attend court hearings and depositions as needed
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Review and analyze legal documents and case materials
- Provide advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters
- Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve desired outcomes
- Research and stay up to date on changes in the law
- Maintain client relationships

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in law and a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial practice
- Ability to analyze legal documents and case materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficiency in legal research software
