Join T-Mobile’s All-Star Legal Team! As a Corporate Counsel – Cell Site Leasing, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and support for T-Mobile’s network siting and construction process. You will negotiate and draft complex real estate contracts and agreements, serve as a trusted advisor to T-Mobile’s business team, and support continuous improvement of legal processes and procedures. We are looking for a motivated individual with 5-8 years of on point in-house and/or law firm real estate experience to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Negotiate and draft complex real estate contracts and related agreements, such as cell site leases, master lease agreements, and easements.
- Provide legal counsel and support for T-Mobile’s network siting and construction process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to T-Mobile’s business team, executives, and leadership regarding cell site leasing.
- Manage a high volume of real estate related transactional contracts with landlords and governmental entities.
- Support continuous improvement of legal processes, procedures, and controls.
- Co-create and present training materials and conduct training sessions for T-Mobile attorneys, network development teams, and vendors.
- Work with other T-Mobile subject matter experts, legal teams, and outside legal counsel to advise leadership and solve problems.

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission and licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 5-8 years of on point in-house and/or law firm real estate experience.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
