The Phoenix office of Fisher Phillips, a leading law firm in labor and employment law, is seeking an experienced employment litigation associate to join our team. As an associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of employment, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets cases, gaining valuable experience and skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct ESI discovery
- Manage multiple projects and cases

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in employment, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets law
- Strong litigation experience
- Demonstrated interest in employment law
- Admission to the Arizona Bar
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
