Job Overview: The Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney will assist clients in obtaining patents and advising on matters related to IP law. Duties:

  • Draft patent applications and responses to office actions.
  • Conduct patentability searches and analyze prior art.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on patent prosecution matters.
  • Assist with patent portfolio management and strategy.
  • Conduct due diligence for IP transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and protect inventions.
  • Stay updated on developments in IP law and relevant technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of legal experience.
  • Experience in intellectual property law with a focus on patent prosecution.
