Duties:

  • Extensive experience in general commercial litigation.
  • Background in criminal or regulatory investigations and compliance.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Federal judicial clerkship experience (a definite plus).

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in Washington, DC.
