Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Inc is seeking an experienced corporate transactional attorney to join their team as a Senior Legal Counsel or Assistant General Counsel – M&A and Business Development. This role will support M&A and Business Development in North America and Europe and play a key role in driving the company's strategic goals.

- Excellent legal analysis and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with specialized subjects such as securities laws, tax, IP, and regulatory matters
- Must be able to work in the Princeton, NJ office three days a week
- Approximately 20% travel required

- Hybrid work model with three days onsite and two days remote at the Princeton, NJ office
