This position will provide legal advice to both public sector and private clients on employment and traditional labor matters. The ideal candidate will have transactional and labor and employment experience, as well as excellent writing, research, and analytical skills. Prior employment litigation experience is preferred. Salary Information: - Compensation ranges from $135,000 – $200,000 for associates at Burke, with the actual salary depending on years of practice and experience. - Annual performance-based bonuses are also offered. Job Title: Labor and Employment Attorney Experience: 4 – 7 years Hybrid Work Arrangement and Telecommute Budget: - The firm offers a hybrid work arrangement option. - An annual telecommute budget is provided to support remote work. Benefits: - Competitive health insurance benefits are offered. - A 401(k) with a partial match is available. - Annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses are provided.
