We are seeking an associate attorney with a strong background in trust and estate planning, an LLM in estate planning or tax (preferred) and one to six years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent communication and writing skills. ## T&E Associate Attorney . in EP or Tax (preferred) ### Job Summary Law Firm is looking for an experienced and talented associate attorney to join our Trust and Estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with, and learn from, a senior estate planning partner in a collegial environment. The successful candidate will have exceptional academic credentials, an LLM in estate planning or tax (preferred), and one to six years of trust and estate experience. ### Responsibilities - Provide high quality legal services to our clients in the Trust and Estate practice - Work directly with a senior estate planning partner to learn best practices in trust and estate planning - Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents - Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field of trust and estate planning - Provide advice and counsel to clients on trust and estate planning matters ### Qualifications - LLM in Estate Planning or Tax (preferred) - One to six years of trust and estate experience - Excellent communication and writing skills - Exceptional academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school ### Salary The annual salary range for this position is between $110,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses.
