Subrogation & Recovery Attorney - Job Description:
- Represent corporate clients in Federal and State Courts for civil actions related to property damage.
- Collaborate with forensic experts to investigate and evaluate legal and financial viability of different causes of action.
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, take and defend depositions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

- Excellent academic credentials demonstrating strong legal aptitude.
- Minimum of five years of litigation experience, preferably in product defect claims, property damage claims, or construction issues.
- Experience working with various forensic experts is highly desired.
