The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate finance or lending transactions, with a focus on projects supported by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and New Market Tax Credits.

Job Details:

• Experience in real estate finance or lending transactions representing financial institutions and/or developers.
• Preferred experience in projects supported by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and New Market Tax Credits.
