The candidate will be drafting motions, affidavits, legal arguments, testimony, and trial briefs; hearing preparation; Case consultation and strategizing with a client. Will be communicating with the opposing party, courts, and others. Performing case law research to identify and apply relevant judicial decisions, statutes, etc. Investigating the facts of a case. Reviewing and monitoring new and updated laws and regulations. Crafting substantive correspondence. Editing and approving paralegal-crafted documents. Must be admitted to Minnesota Bar and in great standing.
