Responsibilities:

- Manage administration of global trademark portfolios
- Oversee protection and maintenance of copyrights
- Research enforcement matters and draft cease and desist letters
- Prepare and file documents with USPTO and WIPO
- Communicate with outside counsel and team members to ensure accurate tracking of deadlines
- Compile information for portfolio reviews and maintenance filings
- Create new matters in team databases and maintain electronic files for IP matters
- Experience with docketing and workflow systems preferred

Qualifications:

- Experience in trademark clearance searches and understanding of IP terminology
- preferred
- Experience with US and Foreign trademark and copyright office procedures preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior in-house IP paralegal experience and/or patent experience preferred
- Experience with AI tools and legal front door technologies a plus
