Carney Badley Spellman, PS is a full-service Seattle law firm that is seeking a construction associate attorney with 2-3 years of experience in construction disputes. This position will focus on lien and bond claims, as well as claims associated with schedule delay and scope changes. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, and analysis skills; motion practice experience; knowledge of e-discovery process; and review and analysis of construction contracts. Additional experience in taking and defending depositions, as well as arbitration and/or trial is preferred.
