# Estate Planning Associate at Law Firm

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Associate to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have in estate planning, tax, and corporate matters.

## Job Responsibilities

The Estate Planning Associate will be responsible for:

* Consulting with, assessing and advising clients on estate plans and related tax and corporate matters, including asset protection, business transfer and succession planning, probate and estate administration.
* Drafting complete and amended estate planning documents using EP software (Wealth Counsel knowledge helpful, but not required).
* Utilizing excellent communication, organizational, research and writing skills.
* Working independently and as part of a team.

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

* in estate planning, tax, and corporate matters.
* Prior background, experience and/or relationships within the financial community (a plus).
* Excellent communication, organizational, research and writing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

## Salary

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
