They are seeking a Senior Counsel to join their legal and compliance team and support their + billion global business. This is a remote position with the opportunity to work alongside a community of fellow diagnostics companies at Danaher.

Salary Information:

- Salary range of $160,000 - $180,000 per year
- Bonus/incentive pay may be available

Job Title:

Experience Information:

- 6+ years of experience with complex commercial and corporate transactions
- 3+ years of experience in a law firm transactional practice
- Preferred experience in the diagnostic/IVD or medical device industries
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as fraud and abuse, FDA for medical devices, data use and privacy, and anti-corruption

The Role:

- Join an inclusive, service-oriented, globally dispersed legal and compliance team
- Support Leica Biosystems-Mammotome's + billion global business
- Work with other Danaher operating companies in the diagnostic/IVD and life sciences markets
- Partner with associates at all levels of the business in various functional areas
- Be a person of influence and provide practical, solution-oriented approaches to complex legal issues and risks
- Manage disputes and work with specialist attorneys on various matters
- Use Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to identify and implement process improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements:

- JD from an accredited . law school and active bar membership in good standing
- Ability to manage a global client base and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred experience in the diagnostic/IVD or medical device industries
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as fraud and abuse, FDA for medical devices, data use and privacy, and anti-corruption
