Duties:

  • Provide regulatory and compliance support for corporate transactions and capital markets activities.
  • Represent pharmaceutical, biologic, medtech, and diagnostics companies, as well as their investors, in matters related to development and commercialization.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on life sciences regulatory issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive legal support.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in life sciences regulatory and compliance.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
  • Comparable law firm experience or commensurate experience working at the FDA or in the industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Relevant Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).

 

Skills:
