- Regular full-time position with competitive salary range of $115,000 - $195,000 annually
- Location options: Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Walnut Creek

- Work with local and national accounts throughout California
- Independently manage a caseload and handle all aspects of litigation
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
- Review and analyze discovery requests and prepare responses
- Experience with e-filing and trial preparation
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in the state of California
- Strong motion practice and deposition experience required
- Ability to work independently and in an organized and efficient manner
