## Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Financial Counsel to provide legal support for Ceridian’s HCM financial services operations. This role is open to remote work located anywhere within the United States.

## Responsibilities

* Provide guidance to teams from Ceridian National Trust Bank and Dayforce Wallet on legal issues related to money movement, fiduciary duties, financial crimes prevention, corporate governance, and vendor contracting.
* Plan and lead Ceridian National Trust Bank board and committee meetings.
* Prepare responses to bank auditor and examiner requests.
* Review products, services, and initiatives to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies.
* Provide legal advice on a wide range of areas, including financial and corporate laws.
* Review and negotiate vendor contracts pertaining to financial services.
* Remain up-to-date on relevant industry laws and regulations impacting the financial services industry in multiple jurisdictions.

## Skills & Experience

* Licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the .
* Knowledge of financial services laws in the .
* Experience with AML laws and programs a plus.
* Knowledge of corporate governance a plus.
* Experience corresponding with regulatory agencies a plus.
* 3+ years of experience advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of financial services strongly preferred.
* Ability to produce clear and concise practical legal analysis to stakeholders.
* Creative problem-solver who can efficiently resolve complex issues.
* Exceptional critical thinking and legal research skills.

## Salary Range

The salary range mentioned in this job description should serve simply as a guide. The final compensation offered may vary based on a variety of factors, including bonuses and/or incentives, or a candidate’s experience, skills, and location. Our company is committed to providing a fair, equitable, and competitive package that reflects the value an individual brings to the organization. The range provided is in United States Dollars. The hiring min rate is 92750 and the hiring max rate is 152375.
