Our National Tax Services Exempt Organizations team is looking for a Senior Associate to join our growing team in the United States. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with a diverse range of tax-exempt organizations, including colleges and universities, health care entities, foundations, supporting organizations, and other cultural and religious organizations. You will have the chance to assist these organizations in achieving measurable results, such as obtaining and preserving tax-exempt status, identifying planning opportunities, and complying with tax requirements.

As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, using critical thinking and a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry trends. If you are a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience, we encourage you to apply for this position. A Juris Doctorate degree, as well as certification as a CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar, is preferred. We are looking for candidates who have a strong understanding of Exempt Organization tax issues, as well as experience in programming and conducting statistical analyses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop successful tax strategies in response to legislative, federal, and judicial tax developments
Work with a diverse range of tax-exempt organizations
Assist charities in achieving measurable results
Identify planning opportunities resulting from legislation, regulations, and rulings
Structure revenue generating activities
Advise on executive compensation and employee benefits planning
Comply with income, excise, and employment tax requirements
