Patent Attorney
The candidate will be responsible for patent preparation and prosecution, US and foreign portfolio development, and pre-investment due diligence of early-stage technologies and technology companies. Should have advanced degrees and 2 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, although candidates at any level are encouraged to apply. A technical advisor, patent agent, or patent attorney with strong verbal and written communication skills and a degree in bioinformatics, bioengineering, biomanufacturing, biological engineering, biomedical engineering, medical device engineering, or related discipline will be considered. Must be eligible to work in the United States and either registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office or eligible to sit for the Patent Bar.
