Law Firm Seeking Experienced Criminal Defense Attorney in Bakersfield, CA

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel to clients and draft necessary legal documents
- Attend pretrial hearings and advise clients on best strategies
- Manage caseload, including court appearances, trials, and legal research
- Analyze potential outcomes of cases based on legal precedents
- Collaborate with Criminal Defense Team to strategize and gather evidence
- Prepare clients for depositions and gather information from witnesses and experts

Qualifications:

- Experience handling complex criminal cases at all levels
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Salary Information:

- Pay Range: $90,000 to $130,000 annual salary
- Pay can exceed range based on experience
