Job Posting End Date: 15 Mar 2024 Overview of the Role: As a Senior Counsel in the Consumer Lending Division of the Legal Department at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representing the company in highly complex litigation, negotiations, settlement discussions, and claims related legal issues. You will also be involved in reviewing and analyzing complex challenges, managing claims and litigation, and providing guidance to internal clients on legal matters. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives, lead or participate in projects, and collaborate with peers and colleagues to achieve goals. This role also involves educating, training, and supervising less experienced attorneys and partnering with business leaders to develop and implement risk management programs.
