# Trial Attorney

The Chopin Law Firm LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Trial Attorney to join their team. This role is responsible for representing clients in court, advocating on their behalf, and fighting for their rights. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in personal injury law, excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, and strong communication for courtroom presentation.

## Duties and Accountabilities

The Trial Attorney will be responsible for the following duties and accountabilities:

- Representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial.
- Preparing legal pleadings, motions, statements, memoranda, trial briefs and other legal documents on assigned cases.
- Maintaining knowledge on all relevant statutes, case law, office, and trial-related technology.

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Trial Attorney role should have the following qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree.
- Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) to be served.
- 3 or more years experience defending personal injury matters.
- Experience in personal injury law, and excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Trial experience is preferred but we are willing to teach the right candidate.
- Strong communication for courtroom presentation.
- Ability to develop trial and pre-trial strategy.
