Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a dynamic Junior-/Mid-Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team in Washington, . The ideal candidate will contribute to the firm's intellectual property litigation practice by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and participating in all aspects of case management.

Job Details:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
  • Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies and arguments.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of complex intellectual property litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Work closely with the litigation group and experts from prosecution practice groups to build strong cases and provide exceptional representation for clients.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license as an attorney in a . jurisdiction.
  • Eligible to waive into the . Bar or willing and eligible to sit for the . Bar exam.
  • 3-5 years of experience practicing patent and/or IP litigation at another law firm.
  • Strong foundation in intellectual property and patent law.
  • Stellar academic credentials.
  • Previous clerkship experience, is especially desired.
  • A USPTO registration number is desirable.

Skills:
