Law Firm Seeking Experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney in Nashville, TN

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records to effectively advocate for clients

• Represent insurers in pre-litigation and throughout all stages of litigation

• Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions as needed

• Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity

• Respond to discovery requests and draft discovery-related motions

• Attend court appearances to ensure the best outcomes for clients

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee

• 3+ years of experience practicing Medical Malpractice cases

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent research abilities and written and oral communication skills

• Ability to draft and respond to discovery-related motions

• Experience attending court appearances and taking/defending depositions

• Passion for Medical Malpractice law and making a positive impact
