## Product Liability Attorney Snell & Wilmer is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Product Liability group in either the Phoenix or Tucson office. This is a Staff Attorney position (hourly commitment) with no partnership track. ### Qualifications * 4+ years of litigation and trial experience * Overall litigation case management experience, including drafting motions and handling discovery * Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills * ### Compensation The attorney's compensation will be set based on their level of experience and commitment. They will be eligible for periodic bonuses in addition to base compensation and can participate in the firm’s 401(k) Savings Plan. ### Work Arrangements Work arrangements will be determined mutually, with reduced-hour options and telecommuting flexibility.
