As an Associate Attorney at our law firm, you will have the opportunity to work with clients on a daily basis and make a real impact in their lives. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000-$115,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with the eviction process, providing legal advice and conducting legal research and analysis
- Draft legal correspondence and assist with document preparation and review
- Conduct court appearances and client presentations as needed
- Maintain knowledge of landlord-tenant legal principles and the California Civil Code
- Communicate with clients to assess the viability of cases and identify legal issues

Qualifications:
- . and active California Bar license
- 2+ years of attorney experience preferred
- General knowledge of civil litigation
- Familiarity with the rental housing industry is a plus

provide legal advice through consultations
conduct legal research and analysis to identify and assess viability and risks of new cases and to identify legal issues; communicate the same to clients
draft legal correspondence, including letters and notices, based on client needs
conduct and direct legal document preparation and review, including summons and complaints and stipulations
assist with occasional court appearances and client presentations
