A law firm in Memphis is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience, robust renewables experience, and a portable book of business. The ideal candidate will counsel clients on various renewables projects, with a focus on facilities operations and power purchase agreements.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel to clients on renewables projects, emphasizing facilities operations and power purchase agreements.
• Handle litigation matters related to renewables projects, including disputes and contract issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on renewables laws and regulations.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to renewables projects.
• Advise clients on compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on renewables projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Robust renewables experience, including knowledge of wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities, smart grid and energy storage, and energy efficiency and demand-side management.
• Portable book of business.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing of the Bar.
