Job Title: Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
Experience: 2-7 years

Overview:
- Full-service AmLaw 100 law firm
- Seeking an attorney for its Labor & Employment Practice in Wichita office
- Must be admitted to practice in Kansas and have 2-7 years of experience in employment law
- Prior employment litigation experience required, preferably on the management side
- Employment counseling or in-house employment law experience preferred
- Opportunity for high-level role providing legal service within a sophisticated practice
- Extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients from coast to coast in all phases and types of employment litigation, counseling, and training
- Provide sound counsel in dozens of jurisdictions
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Strong writing and analytical skills required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:
- Preferably have experience in employment law, but open to developing talented attorneys with litigation experience
- Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law
