The General Counsel – Corporate Governance and Securities Governance will be responsible for a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on corporate governance and securities. This role offers the opportunity to work in Broomfield, CO, Brooklyn Park, MN, Golden Valley, MN, or remotely (with approvals).

Key responsibilities include . securities law compliance, corporate governance oversight, board of directors and executive support, insider trading compliance, regulatory compliance program development, securities litigation and enforcement, and international securities considerations.

The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, at least 8 years of experience as a practicing attorney, and be a member of the bar in at least one . state. They must also have work authorization that does not require sponsorship of a visa for employment in the United States.

The salary range for this position is $266,000 - $355,220 per year, inclusive of bonus target.
