Law Firm is a full service law firm with extensive experience serving the financial sector. We have over 20 offices across 19 states with highly qualified attorneys and professional staff providing full coverage and significant years of legal experience in each of our states. In order to continue providing exemplary service to our clients, Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

### Responsibilities

* Manage account liquidations and the legal processes
* Provide the highest quality legal representation
* Treat all customers with fairness and respect
* Demonstrate exceptional legal research, writing and oral communication skills
* Handle high volume caseload and provide expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks
* Negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve final resolution of cases
* Willing to travel to various courts within the state of North Carolina, if needed, as legal representation in various legal proceeds and to attend court hearings
* Work with the Managing Attorney to report all activity and results

### Requirements

* 0-3 years’ experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation, attending court proceedings and associated regulations
* . A license to practice law in other states in our footprint (GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or UBE passage is a plus but not mandatory
* Skilled in the ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
* Exemplary oral and written communication skills
* Outstanding Time Management skills
