- Specialize in US individual tax services
- Provide partnership tax services, including tax preparation, planning, and consulting
- Work alongside firm leadership to build the business and have a direct impact on firm's success
- Collaborate with team to provide holistic approach to tax planning and compliance
- Act as trusted business advisor to find creative solutions to complex accounting and business challenges
- Steady schedule year-round without typical tax busy season
- Grow professionally and develop client service and technical accounting skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or law, or related degree in business
- Sufficient course work and credits to sit for CPA and/or Bar exam in state being considered
- CPA license preferred
- 1+ year(s) of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services in a public accounting firm preferred
- Strong skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
- Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position

- Compensation range for this role is $61,070 to $105,480
- Actual compensation influenced by factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location
