Tax Credits Attorney
The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and advise clients throughout all stages of the tax credit finance lifecycle. Provide a wide range of services, including New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs), Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits (HTCs), Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Renewable Energy Tax Credits (RETCs), and Opportunity Zones. Should have a track record of solid academic credentials, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have 7+ years of experience. Should ideally have strong experience in tax credit financing, renewable energy, affordable housing, and economic development.
