- Business process analysis and application of agile and design thinking techniques
- Oversee user testing and review and contribute to learning strategy and materials
- Analyze user feedback and develop related action plans
- Lead deployment and decommission legacy systems
- Executive reporting and integration of program and project resources

- The team: Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office, consisting of professionals with varying backgrounds and skills, focused on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver value-added and efficient Tax services to clients.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- One of the following active accreditations: Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or various technology certifications

- Preferred qualifications:

- Large scale transformation experience
- Strong Program and Project Management skills
- Strong Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint experience
- Working knowledge of data analysis, management, and metrics
- End-to-end technology project delivery
- Experience working within a professional service environment
