This position offers the opportunity to work in both transactional and litigation work in the areas of business law, civil litigation, employment law, and/or estate planning. We are looking for an individual with at least one year of experience in business law and civil litigation, with a strong preference for experience in employment law and/or estate planning. This is a full time or part time position, with a minimum of 1 year of experience required. As an Associate Attorney at . Harvey Law, you will be responsible for assigned cases and clients, drafting pleadings, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, attending court hearings, and preparing and completing cases. This position also requires excellent client communication skills and strong research and writing abilities. We are looking for an individual who is extremely organized, professional, and self-sufficient. To qualify for this position, the individual must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google platforms, as well as have experience using cloud-based applications.
