Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee compliance projects, audits, and investigations
- Establish project plans and milestones, and provide updates to leadership
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, and consult with clients as a subject matter expert
- Conduct complex investigations and document findings
- Interface with external clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- BA/BS and minimum of 6 years experience in healthcare, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with healthcare and insurance industry laws preferred
- Strong writing skills and ability to conduct research and analysis
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred

Salary Information:

- Salary range for this specific position is $89,460 to $127,800

Work Environment:
