Attorney – Trademark

We are looking for associate attorney candidates with 3–7 years of legal experience in Trademark law, including trademark prosecution, agreements, clearance, strategic advice, counseling, and enforcement. Candidates should have experience in responding to office actions, clearance searches and analysis, foreign filings, . and foreign oppositions/cancellations, and drafting license and settlement agreements. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and industry experience, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills.

Base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $280,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation for this position may also include annual bonuses.
