Michael Sullivan & Associates LLP is looking for an experienced Workers' Comp Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degree, must be a member of the State Bar of California, and must possess superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

The attorney will manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. The successful candidate must have a commitment to proactive case management, clear and conceptual thinking ability, excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion, and must have the ability to handle work-related stress and to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
