What will you do if you work in the Asset & Wealth Management Tax team at PwC? As a Senior Manager in the Asset & Wealth Management Tax team at PwC, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and services to financial services clients. This includes advising clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, as well as acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You will also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals. Your role will be crucial in helping our clients navigate the complex and ever-changing national and international tax environment related to capital requirements, operational tax risks, and investing in different jurisdictions. What do you need to succeed as a Senior Manager in the Asset & Wealth Management Tax team at PwC? To excel in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in accounting, as well as at least 5 years of experience in the field. You should also have a CPA or be a member of the bar. Additionally, you should possess comprehensive tax technical skills, including knowledge of partnership tax forms, alternative investment strategies and vehicles, and compliance and consulting for investment partnerships such as hedge funds, mutual funds, and private equity funds. What will your responsibilities be as a Senior Manager in the Asset & Wealth Management Tax team at PwC? As a Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
