Job Description:
- Seeking Senior Counsel for North America business
- Provide legal advice and counsel to Publicis Groupe agencies
- Areas of expertise include advertising and media law, contracts, marketing materials, and trademarks
- Educate and advise management on legal issues
- Standardize templates and processes for improved efficiency

Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing legal advice in areas of advertising and media law
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Review marketing materials for compliance
- Conduct trademark searches
- Educate and advise management
- Provide day-to-day legal support
- Standardize templates and processes

Qualifications:
- JD degree from ABA accredited law school
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Licensed to practice in Illinois
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
