Job Summary:
- Performs legal and secretarial tasks for assigned attorney(s) with supervision and oversight from their leader.
- Maintains schedules and calendars, transcribes and composes correspondence, coordinates appearances and meetings, and answers client inquiries.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of court rules and legal deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain schedules and calendar for assigned attorney(s)
- Transcribe and compose correspondence, pleadings, and legal forms
- Coordinate appearances and meetings
- Answer client inquiries
- Receive and process incoming mail
- Confirm scheduled appearances with clients and other parties
- Keep up-to-date with court rules and legal deadlines

Physical Requirements:
- This role, whether performed virtually or in an office setting, may include distractions, noise, and interruptions.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time and occasionally reach overhead and below the knees.
- Must be able to operate a computer for extended periods of time.
- Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment.
- Must be able to visually verify and read information.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years experience in civil litigation as a legal administration clerk, secretary, or legal assistant required.
