H2: Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Mid-level attorney with 4-6 years of experience in practicing law
- Expected to generate 25% of their own billable work and attend four events per quarter
- Access to coaching and support services for business development and networking

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Mediation and trial experience
