Key Responsibilities:

- Provide proactive coverage and claims strategy advice to clients on practice-specific or line of business claims
- Monitor and drive claims process to ensure progress from notification through to closure
- Liaise with insurers and their advisors on queries and policy coverage discussions
- Participate in the development of strategic business plans for a line of business at the major account level
- Drive insurer service and relationship discussions and provide high-level policy wording feedback
- Monitor insurer response and engage with insurers and their professional advisers on queries and policy coverage discussions

Requirements:

- 10+ years of claims experience, with a focus on Management Liability
- Juris Doctor degree is mandatory
- P&C license is mandatory, or ability to obtain

Salary Information:

- Base salary range for this role: $113,000 - $241,100
- Base pay offered will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements
- Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis
- Performance-based incentives may also be available
