- Participate in legal proceedings, including depositions, motion hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Qualifications:

- 3-8 years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or willing to obtain a license immediately
- Experience representing plaintiffs or defendants in civil litigation
- Familiarity with hearings, depositions, and motion practice
- Trial and arbitration experience a plus
