Law Firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join their team in the Greensboro/High Point Area. The ideal candidate will have a license to practice in North Carolina and possess bilingual capabilities in Spanish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Immigration Process, including but not limited to: Employment Based Petitions, Consular Processing, Adjustment of Status, Asylum, and Naturalization.

Requirements:

• Must possess a license to practice in North Carolina
• Bilingual, Spanish, a must
• Some experience in Immigration Law preferred
• Ability to prepare Immigration Petitions preferred
• Salary commensurate with experience
