## Immigration Attorney

Organization is currently seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join their team. The attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration cases, including deportation defense, detention work, family-based, and humanitarian-based immigration benefits.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Represent clients before the Immigration Court and USCIS
- Provide legal services to clients in accordance with applicable immigration laws
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Prepare and present oral and written legal arguments
- Manage all aspects of client cases, including researching and drafting legal documents
- Participate in Know Your Rights presentations and other outreach and education events in Collier County

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

- 1-3 years of experience in immigration law
- Excellent oral and written advocacy skills
- Willingness to be an aggressive advocate for our indigent client population
- Bilingual applicants preferred (Spanish, Haitian Creole)
- Willingness to travel between Naples and Immokalee
